With a highly personalized service, our goal is to solve and handle a wide range of tasks for our customers. (such as: schedule management, running errands, travel booking, etc.). The end goal is to make the lives of our customers easier so they can have more time to focus on their passion.
Alfred is currently looking for a full-time intern to assist in customer communication and task management. This is a high visibility role that will report directly to leadership with potential to turn into a full-time opportunity.
1. Become proficient in our business, enhance the consumer experience;
2. Work with our vendors to commission tasks on behalf of our clients
3. Analyze, understand and report to leadership on customer characteristics;
4. Understand our user’s needs, provide effective solutions to the problems encountered by users in the process;
5. Obtain user feedback and provide it to the company in group meetings;
6. Willingness to learn and assist in training across the platform.
1. Bachelor's degree or expected by 2018
2. Experience in customer service or related industry
3. Full working proficiency of Chinese and English.
4. Strong desire to learn and be part of start-up environment
3,000 RMB/ month; Flexible work location, but we are based in Beijing/Shanghai
